TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by The United Junk Crew, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or receiving service, the customer (“you,” “client”) agrees to the following:

1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

The United Junk Crew, LLC provides junk removal, debris hauling, cleanup services, and related labor.

Our crew will:

• Arrive within the scheduled service window

• Assess items and confirm final pricing before work begins

• Perform all lifting, loading, and cleanup

• Dispose, recycle, or donate items responsibly

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if items violate disposal laws.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

Pricing is based on:

• Load size

• Weight

• Labor

• Access conditions

• Disposal fees

• Add‑ons (stairs, heavy materials, disassembly, etc.)

Final pricing is confirmed on‑site before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards

• Business invoices

• Government purchase orders

• Digital payments (if applicable)

Late invoices may incur additional fees.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation with 24‑hour notice

• Same‑day cancellations may incur a $50 fee

• No‑shows may incur a $75 fee

• Rescheduling is free with advance notice

Emergency or after‑hours bookings depend on availability.

4. ITEMS WE CANNOT TAKE

Due to safety and legal restrictions, we cannot remove:

• Hazardous chemicals

• Biohazard waste

• Pressurized tanks

• Oil, fuel, or flammable liquids

• Certain industrial materials

If unsure, contact us before booking.

5. PROPERTY ACCESS & SAFETY

You agree to provide safe access to the work area.

We may refuse service if:

• The area is unsafe

• There are aggressive animals

• There are structural hazards

• Access is blocked or restricted

We are not responsible for pre‑existing damage to property or items.

6. DAMAGE POLICY

Our crew is trained to work safely and professionally.

If accidental damage occurs:

• Report it immediately

• We will assess the situation

• Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Weak flooring

• Fragile structures

• Pre‑existing conditions

• Items that break due to age or instability

7. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

We prioritize:

• Recycling

• Donation

• Waste diversion

• Legal disposal at licensed facilities

We do not dump illegally or dispose of materials in a harmful manner.

8. PRIVACY & DATA USE

We collect customer information only for:

• Scheduling

• Estimates

• Communication

• Internal records

We do not sell or share customer data.

9. GOVERNMENT & COMMERCIAL WORK

For government and commercial clients, we comply with:

• Local, state, and federal regulations

• SAM.gov standards

• RAMPLA procurement guidelines

• Insurance and licensing requirements

Documentation (W‑9, COI, Capability Statement) is available upon request.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The United Junk Crew, LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of income or business

• Disposal of items approved by the customer

• Issues arising from unsafe access or conditions

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking or receiving service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
